  • Manage monthly closing as well as maintenance of all accounting processes (receivables, payables, fixed assets, payroll, banks reconciliation).
  • Prepare all financial reports with budget comparisons.
  • Monitor all accounting activity compliance with statuary requirements.
  • Liaise and maintain strong relationship with financial institutions, internal and external auditors and fulfill their needs on behalf of our client.
  • Restructure chart of accounts to adopt tracking business segment concepts.
  • Set up internal control systems taking business environment considerations and overall operation needs into account.
  • Set up company policies & procedures for employee and operations compliance.
  • Train and manage client’s accountants and bookkeepers.
  • Perform indirect recruitment of all client’s financial professional positions.
  • Perform Quick Books services.
  • Review and clear client’s ledger to be ready for taxation.
  • Offer industry specific training workshops for client’s accounting team in an effort for them to master primary areas of financial management.
  • Implement ERP (Entreprise Resource Planning).
  • Implement HIS (Health Information Systems).
